- à mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l'Université de Bordeaux

- à se familiariser avec la vie à Bordeaux, la culture et les habitudes françaises.

In the Buddy System program, that French student, or "godmother" helps the "godson" to :

-complete the different administrative procedures necessary upon arrival

-to better understand the workings of the University of Bordeaux
